Unpleasant smells in the room!!! The pool is smaller than expected and not suitable for proper swimming!!! Lack of outside facing windows in the room was disappointing. The issue with only one key card created an inconvenience.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and the staff was excellent, it had marvellous location close to the main square in Merida. The breakfast was well priced and very very good and there were a great selection of options. Location: the property was near restaurants and attractions and the city centre. Spent a nice evening at Los Trompos, located next door to the venue.

privacy concerns

I can't believe i almost gave a good review. The wifi was absolutley spotty and the room's windows looked right into a corridor, a serious breach of privacy. I also expected a room upgrade because of my troubles, but i guess that's too much to ask here. Take your chances if you dare.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room while exploring the nearby Santa Lucia Park and Merida Cathedral. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight, offering a pleasant place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated the air conditioning, which was a relief after walking around the city. The shower was pretty slippery, so watch your step!
